Urgent: Volunteers Needed: Harvest Festival

Gary and Kay have agree to work the booth for Harvest Festival but needs activity assistance: face painting, games, etc. If you are willing to help coordinate activities, please contact Kay and Gary at gilfump@yahoo.com

Fall Cleanup

The Fall Clean-Up is planned at the church on Saturday, October 21 from 8–12. This is a great time to come together and make great things happen for the church! Let's make sure it's ready for the change of seasons. I look forward to seeing you there. See Carol Haack with any questions you may have. And yes, you can bring friends!

Help Revive the Nursery

Sign Up to Play

There are some very new members of the EPUMC congregation! We are working to reorganize our Nursery space to recreate a safe and fun place for parents to leave their children during worship. While we have a regular Nursery Care person, Jenna, we need one other person each Sunday to volunteer with her. Of course, one person is not always able to care for multiple babies, and our Safe-Sanctuaries policy requires more than one person to supervise any group of children. There will be a sign-up sheet in the hallway. Thank you, in advance, for helping!

Looking Ahead

A Vision Forward

We will gather in our sanctuary following refreshments on October 29 to discuss our mission statement, its importance to our community, and ways in which we can continue to be accountable to our call to Christian Discipleship. We will revisit our mission statement every fifth Sunday to discuss how well we are responding to its call.

The Gospel of Mark

Due to our busy fall schedule our study of the Gospel of Mark will begin with an introduction to he course on November 5 following our refreshment time. We will then begin our study on a timely basis on December 3.
